getting started

Once you contact us, we'll need some basic information about your quilt such as the size in square inches and a digital picture.

To determine your total square inches you will multiply the width of your quilt top by the length of your top.  For example, if your quilt is 50 inches by 50 inches, then your quilt has 2500 square inches, 50x50=2500.  To figure estimated price, multiple total sq. inches by price per inch.

So 2500 sq. inches x .02 per inch= $50

Once we receive your quilt, you will be contacted to let you know we have received it safe and sound.  At that time, you will be making some decisions about how you would like your quilt to be completed.

You will need to decide how you would like to have your top quilted.   For example if you want a pantograph, do you want a geometric design or floral, etc...?  If you're not sure, we can help you decide on a design that will bring out the best of your quilt within your budget.

You will also need to pick a thread.  Once your quilt is received, we can send a photo with several selections of thread laid on your top.

When your quilt is completed you will receive photos of your quilted work of art. You will also receive an electronic invoice and directions for payment if you are not a local customer.

Out of town quilts will be carefully wrapped and shipped via UPS.
